What data we process

When you book or contact us, we process the details you provide: name, phone, email, registration number, car model and your description of the job. We only use them to plan and carry out the work, give quotes and send invoices.

Booking via WhatsApp

When you submit the booking form, WhatsApp opens with your details filled in as a message to us. Nothing is sent or stored by the website. The message is only sent when you tap send in WhatsApp, and is then handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their terms.

Registration number lookup

When you enter a registration number in the booking form, we look it up in the Danish Motor Register via MotorAPI (Lasando ApS, Aarhus) so make and model can be filled in automatically. Only the registration number is sent, not your name or contact details. Vehicle data in the Motor Register is publicly available.

Legal basis and retention

We process the data to enter into and fulfil an agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Booking requests that do not lead to a job are deleted within 6 months. Invoices are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by law.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies for statistics, marketing or tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner. The map on the contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, but only after you click "Show map". The directions link opens Google Maps in a new tab.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to object. Write to us at the email above. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
