Will I lose my manufacturer warranty if I do not use the brand dealer?
No. EU rules give you the right to have your car serviced at an independent garage without losing the manufacturer warranty, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s schedule and parts of equivalent quality are used. We stamp your digital service book.
Do I get a fixed price before you start?
Yes. You get a fixed price before we begin. If we find something else that should be fixed, we call you and agree on it first. We never do extra work without your approval.
Can I wait while the car is being worked on?
For smaller jobs like tyre changes, diagnostics and A/C service, you can wait in our customer lounge with coffee and wifi. For bigger repairs, you can borrow a courtesy car by arrangement.

All common makes: petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric. Our diagnostic equipment covers most models from the last 25 years.
